Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at We love it Wild. All products sold in our print shop are print-on-demand,

meaning each item is produced specifically for your order. Please see information about my returns policy below. If you have any questions at all please get in touch.

1. General Information

WeLoveItWild operates in accordance with German and EU consumer protection laws. Because

our products are custom-made, different rules apply compared to standard retail goods.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

In accordance with § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to

The consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. All WeLoveItWild products are

print-on-demand and produced individually. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full

refund in accordance with §§ 434–437 BGB.

4. Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number, photos of

the issue, and a short description.

5. Replacement or Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Replacements are shipped at no

additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Correctly printed items without defects, incorrect size selections, and late claims are not eligible for

return or refund.
